Who we are

We are a small niche business specialising in Australian Historic Photos and Subdivision Plans. All printing, mounting and custom framing is done in our studio in Sydney. We pay high attention to detail and quality of the prints.
The Subdivision reproductions are sold online as well as at some markets throughout Sydney.

These Historic Subdivision Plans were posters used by real estate agents to advertise the sale of land, and are an interesting talking point.
They provide a great insight into how land was divided and sold and how suburbs grew and developed. They highlight the importance of electricity, roads, and proximity to tramlines, the beach and other amenities.
And it is fun to read the terms and conditions of the sale.

They also give an interesting view into the development of graphic design and the art of advertising.
